Hi
Thanks for your query.
Based on your query and reports
1. Blood glucose levels are not in normal limits. HbA1c is also raised, that means your glucose levels are in poor control over past three months.
2. Urine shows proteins, that means renal changes due to diabetes are seen.
3. Lipid profile is deranged.
4. Urine microscopy shows bacteria, pus cells and RBCs. All these are indicators of urinary tract infection.
5. Uncontrolled diabetes results in frequent infections, that is reflected in your WBC counts which is raised and is confirmed with urine findings. Get a culture sensitivity done for urine, for treatment of urinary infection.
6. Besides antibiotics for infection, you have to be regular with your medicines for diabetes, start taking lipid lowering agents after discission with your consulting doctor. Blood pressure is very high, requires immediate care. Lifestyle modifications and dietary changes are necessary.
7. Imaging of abdomen shows a benign lesion in the right kidney. Not to worry much about that. You can go for excision once your medical condition improves.
Wish you good health
